COLLABORATIVE CONSULTATION GROUP
CO-SPONSORED BY DOMINICAN HOSPITAL AND MONTEREY BAY PSYCHOLOGICAL ASSOCIATION
Dear MBPA Members and fellow Colleagues: It’s a time of reflection and change as we enter the midst of Autumn; harvesting the land, shifting governments, working through the economic turmoil, and exploring new beginnings. This time of renewal, letting go of the old and welcoming in the new offers many opportunity to share and collaborate with friends and colleagues. Please join us for our last Consultation group of the year support the growth of our psychological/therapeutic community; we welcome you into our developing and enduring community of support, knowledge, and experience. Dominican Hospital and the Monterey Bay Psychological Association (MBPA) co-facilitate a Collaborative Consultation Group (CCG) for the Members of the MBPA and local Psychiatrists in our community. The CCG was established in 2003 and meets every other month on the fourth Monday of the month to discuss and explore professional, legal/ethical, and clinical topics facing clinicians.
Together, participants in this on-going Collaborative Consultation Group will continue to co-create a mutual space for open dialogue and exploration. Each member of the CCG has the opportunity to contribute as well as learn from each others perspectives, experiences, and paradigms. Each participant can be seen as both a teacher as well as a learner.

Save the Date: The CCG will meet on 2/23/09,
4/27/09, 6/22/09, 8/24/09, and 10/26/09 from 12:15 p.m. ~ 1:30p.m.
Lunch will be provided. Vegetarian meals are available upon request.
Directions: The CCG will be held in the Basement of the Main Building of Dominican Hospital. As you face the front of the hospital, enter the door to the far right of the big circular door labeled “Outpatient Registration”. DO NOT GO INTO THE MAIN LOBBY. When you enter, the elevators will be immediately to your right. Go down one floor, and
Conference Room 1 will be to your left as you exit the elevator.
